Apache-Subversion integration attempts return "Permission Denied" errors

症状
The following message is reported in the Apache error log file.
error http://client 127.0.0.1 500 Can't connect to crowdserver:8095 (connect: Permission denied) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Atlassian/Crowd.pm line 60\n
原因
The Crowd Server or Apache Server machine SELinux configuration is not allowing communication through port 8095.
ソリューション
Change the local machine SELinux configuration to allow Crowd to receive and Apache to access connections from port 8095.
In addition, please run the following command:
/usr/sbin/setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect 1
