Profile Pictures Macro not Appearing

症状
The profile picture macro fails to display the profile picture when inserting it into a page:
原因
The Server Base URL is not correctly set.
ソリューション
Make sure the Confluence Admin > General Configuration > Server Base URL matches the URL being used to access Confluence.
