No Visible Links to Edit Groups in the User Administration Page

症状
When a Confluence administrator attempts to Edit User Details, only the View Profile link is visible. In Confluence 3 or later, only the View Profile, Edit-Details and Set Password links are visible. Earlier version of Confluence will only be able to see the View Profile link.
原因
This issue is caused by the External user management option.
ソリューション
Go to Confluence General Configuration page and switch the External user management function to OFF. This setting appears in either Administration >> General Configuration or Administration >> Security Configuration, depending on version.
