"Mail" link in Space Admin and "Mail Accounts" link in Confluence Admin are missing from the navigation
原因
The "Mail Plugin" is disabled
ソリューション
Go to Confluence Admin > Manage Add-Ons
Enable "Confluence Mail Archiving Plugin" under System Plugins
