HTTP Compression Causes Display Problems with the Plugin Repository

症状
The plugin repository does not display textual wordings. Instead, the strings used to internationalize that plugin are displayed, as in the following screen shot:
原因
HTTP Compression causes problems with the language settings of the repository plugin, particularly for installations running behind a front-end web server such as IIS 7.
ソリューション
Turn off HTTP compression under the "General Configuration" section of the administration control panel.
