Hover over user name produces 'profile: No user undefined Error' after upgrading from 3.x

問題
When hovering over a user's name, we receive the following visual error:
原因
The hover profile user macro was previously used.
ソリューション
This macro has been replaced by a built-in function that provides very similar functionality (@mentions). Replace each instance of the hover-profile user macro with a link to the user in question (e.g., @username)
