問題
When trying to import a backup from Confluence OD, the import fails with the message "Import failed. Check your server logs for more information. java.lang.NullPointerException" on the UI and the following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log

The attachments folder is missing during the import.

Since this happens when the attachments folder is missing before the import process starts, what you'll need to do is to get your attachments folder from OD (if you had them imported separately from the data) and then move the attachments into Confluence Server's attachments folder. Once this is done, proceed with the import as usual.
