Comment Editor Is Located at The Top of The Page and is Not Working

症状
The comment editor on one or more pages in Confluence is not working. The editor (along with the user's profile picture and label section) is out of place and is located at the top of the page, as can be seen from the following screenshot:
原因
This is caused by incorrect use of the 'Section and Column Macros' on the affected page(s). All content within the Section Macro must be enclosed within a Column Macro, otherwise the section layout will not work as expected.

Edit the affected page(s) and ensure that each Section macro contains at least one Column macro.
