Cannot Set View when Inserting Team Calendars for Confluence to a Page: 'View' Menu Missing

症状
When inserting a Team Calendars for Confluence into a Confluence page, users are normally given the option to set the view to "month", "week", or "list". However, this option is missing completely. See screenshot below for what it's supposed to look like when working:
原因
We have found that some versions of the Numbered Headings Plugin can conflict with the Team Calendars for Confluence, causing the 'View' menu to disappear.
ソリューション
Check that all plugins are up-to-date via Confluence Administration > Plugins
If problem persists, disable the Numbered Headings Plugin.
