症状
Confluence configured to be available for anonymous, but it doesn't have "View User Profile" privilege in "Global Permission".
User profile page looks different than the default as describe here:

原因
Confluence system add-on named "Confluence Profile" is enabled by administrator. By default, this add-on is suppose to be disabled.
ソリューション
Disabled the add-on as default. "Confluence Profile" add-on is an add-on that is still under the development and it is not suppose to be enabled.
