Use Rovo to summarize a focus area
Rovo can help you and your team work more effectively and save time by summarizing focus areas. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, Rovo is an AI tool that is integrated into our cloud-based apps.
The focus area summaries synthesize information about the focus area and its goals and work to provide actionable insights. They indicate highlights and lowlights, potential blockers and risks, objects to monitor, and provide strategic recommendations about what to do next.

To summarize a focus area
Navigate to the focus area and open its details.
Select the Rovo icon from the toolbar.
Type /summarize-focus-area.
Press Enter
⏎.Once finished, you can review the response or follow up with an additional prompt.
You can also summarize a focus area from other pages using the same process, making sure to include a link to your desired focus area in the prompt.
