Unable to extract Fisheye due to error "This is the first disk in a backup set, please insert the last disk of this set"

Symptoms
When unzipping a Fisheye/Crucible *.zip file, the following message is prompted:

"This is the first disk in a backup set, please insert the last disk of this set"
Cause
Using an incompatible compression tool to extract the *.zip file such as the Windows built in extractor leads to the error message above.
Resolution
Extract the downloaded zip file with the following recommended unzip tools:
