The crucible.py script returns the "[Errno 104] Connection reset by peer" error

Problem
When running the crucible.py script to create a review, the script returns the following error in the command line output:

Eror executing request <FISHEYE URL> - [Errno 104] Connection reset by peerCause
There is a proxy between the client where the crucible.py script is run and the server hosting Fisheye, and the proxy is terminating the connection
Resolution
Review the network configuration in order to guarantee that the proxy does not terminate the connection.
