SVN FS error presented when configuring the repository.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
FILL IN SYMPTOM(S)
The following appears in the atlassian-fisheye.log or in the ui when adding the repository:

Expected FS format between '1' and '5'; found format '6'
Cause
This happens because of the way that SVN is providing access to the repository.
Resolution
Configure svnserve daemon to provide access to the repository, this way this will access SVN using network protocol.
