Startup Reports "Unexpected error decoding stored license: Disabled"

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
After upgrading Fisheye/Crucible to version 2.8 the following message is reported in the log file:

2012-08-15 20:28:44,217 WARN - Unexpected error decoding stored license: DisabledCause
The message is of type "WARN" and therefore it is benign. The message was intended to be logged in DEBUG level only, however it was released in WARN level.
Resolution
The problem is being tracked and will be fixed in our next release, Fisheye 2.8.1:
FE-4231 - WARN - Unexpected error decoding stored license: Disabled. Should not be displayed
