Server does not respond error produced when joining review

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
When trying to join a Crucible Review the following ERROR appears as a popup:

Server is not respondingCause
This is happening probably because you have a proxy in front of Crucible and don't have it configured on the Crucible Configuration.
Resolution
You CrucibleConfiguration File should look like the following:
