Incorrect repository URL used after changing URL in SCM Details

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
After changing the URL location of a repository, the old URL is still used.
Cause
The old URL is still cached in Fisheye/Crucible and needs to be cleared out so the new URL is used.
Resolution
Navigate to
Administration >> Repository Settings >> RepositoriesNext to the repository that is using the old URL, click on the gear cog and:
Stop the repository
Disable the repository
Enable the repository
Start the repository
