How To Extend Fisheye/Crucible Evaluation License
Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.
Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. If you would like to extend your existing Fisheye/Crucible license, you can do it by performing the steps below:
Step-by-step guide
In order to generate new license:
You can generate a new evaluation license by accessing https://my.atlassian.com using your Atlassian account. To generate a new license perform the following:
Navigate to https://my.atlassian.com and login using your Atlassian account account
Click on New Evaluation License to generate the license
Choose the product from the dropdown menu and provide your existing server id
Agree to the terms and conditions and generate the license.
In order to update the newly generated license in your instance:
Upon generating the license update it on your Fisheye/Crucible instance by performing the following:
Log in to Fisheye Administration area.
Click System Info (under 'System Settings').
Click Edit License and paste your new license key into the appropriate text box.
Click Update.
