How Do I Enable Mail Setting To Receive Mail For Own Actions In Fisheye/Crucible

Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. *Except Fisheye and Crucible

If you would like to receive email notification for your own actions in Fisheye/Crucible, the following steps can be performed:-

  1. Log into Fisheye.

  2. Choose Profile settings from the User Menu (with your avatar) at the top of the screen.

  3. Navigate to Review Setting tab

  4. Look for the option My actions and set it to Yes
