Fisheye will not start with Unexpected end of file after null

The following error is seen on fisheye.out after starting it:

The file /opt/crucible/crucible_data/config.xml being loaded by Fisheye as indicated on the logs is empty.
Resolution
In order to solve this, you need to restore a valid backup of your config.xml and restart your Fisheye instance.
