Crucible Throws Page Not Found Error when following Direct Link to Crucible Home Page

Symptoms

When trying to access a direct Crucible link (i.e. a bookmark) such as http://<hostname>:8060/fisheye/cru/home the following error message is displayed in the logs;

And the following is displayed within the UI;

Cause

No license is present for Crucible so hence the functionality is not available.

Resolution

Add your existing Crucible License by going to Administration > System Settings > System Info and then under the License section select Edit License, copy your license in and select Update.
