Crucible project can't be viewed due to wrong permissions

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
After upgrading Crucible always a user try to open a project gets the UI error below:
Cause
This is caused because user does not have proper permissions to view the project.
Resolution
Access the Permission Scheme that the project uses.
Verify if View permission is granted for the user.
If it's only granted to groups, check if these groups are present in Crucible.
If the groups are present, make sure user is member of the group that has View permission to the project.
