Configuration path doesn't point to a file: fisheye_inst/config.xml

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
The following appears in the fisheye.out log:

Configuration path doesn't point to a file: /home/fisheye/fisheye_inst/config.xml
Cause
Fisheye/Crucible fails to start if the <FISHEYE_HOME>/config.xml was not copied to the <FISHEYE_INST> directory.
Resolution
Copy the <FISHEYE_HOME>/config.xml file into the <FISHEYE_INST> directory - after that Fisheye/Crucible should start smoothly and without ERROR.
