Cache Errors After Upgrading Fisheye

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Summary
After upgrading Fisheye by moving FISHEYE_INST files (Method 2 of the upgrade guide) one or more of your repositories can no longer be indexed properly
ERROR - Problem processing revisions from repo my-repo due to class java.lang.IllegalStateException - Unable to load changeset
Cause
An incorrect value is held in Fisheye's repository cache and is causing the indexer thread to throw IllegalState exceptions.
Resolution
Clearing out the cache will resolve this issue, to do this:
Shutdown FIshEye.
Remove the contents of the FISHEYE_INST/var/cache directory.
Re-start Fisheye.
