Symptoms

JIRA and Fisheye are integrated. Both the source tab and the review tab are showing from a JIRA issue. The review tab is displaying information but the source tab is displaying the following:

1 Repository 'repo1' on http://dev.taratata.com:8060/fe/ failed: Error in remote call to 'dev' (http://dev.taratata.com:8060/fe) [AbstractRestCommand{path='/rest-service-fe/changeset-v1/listChangesets/', params={expand=changesets[-21:-1].revisions[0:29], comment=ITS-3758, p4JobFixed=ITS-3758, rep=repo1}, methodType=GET}] : Received status code 500 (Internal Server Error)

Cause

The JIRA/Fisheye application link at the repository level broke out, possibly after a major upgrade of both JIRA and Fisheye.

Resolution

Remove and re-create the application link from the Fisheye repository. If the problem remains, remove the main application link and recreate all application links.
