Crowd Installation Fails Due to Exception "Could not initialize class javax.crypto.SunJCE_b"

Diagnosis
Remove all data files from <Crowd-Home> directory.
Reinstall Crowd.
Cause
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is not updated as per Crowd Supported Platforms where JAR files are missing from the outdated Oracle JDK/JRE.
Solution
Resolution
Update Oracle JRE/JDK to the latest version supported by Crowd as described in Crowd Supported Platforms.
Restart Crowd Installation.
