Unable to Start Node due to no Cluster License

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
The following error appears when starting a node:

2009-04-16 10:39:12 (EventLevel: fatal) (EventType: bootstrap) Could not load bootstrap from environment com.atlassian.config.bootstrap.BootstrapException: Unable to bootstrap application: Exception bootstrapping cluster:This licence only allows 1 nodes in the cluster. This would be exceeded if this node joined.
Cause
The license is valid only for one node. This is usually on installation or after a renenwal.
Resolution
Upgrade your license from your Atlassian license page.
