Unable to Specify Individual Pages For XML or HTML Export

XML or HTML export normally gives you the option to choose individual pages and spaces to export:

Cause
The Invite Plugin has a bug that causes these options to disappear. See INV-39.
Resolution
Remove or upgrade Invite Plugin to version 1.7.
