Symptoms
Unable to add a JIRA Calendar to Team Calendars for Confluence. Any attempt to do so results in errors such as this:

Verify the Application Links between Confluence and JIRA is setup correctly, and the Team Calendars for Confluence JIRA Integration Plugin is installed in JIRA as per Section 3 of this guide.
Cause
The JIRA iCalendar Plugin is disabled in JIRA Administration >> Plugins.

JIRA Administration >> Pluginsand enable the JIRA iCalendar Plugin
