Team Calendars for Confluence Doesn't Work or Cannot Be Enabled

Symptoms
You cannot enable the Team Calendars for Confluence, or the plugin won't enable.
The following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log:

Cannot autowire object because the Spring context is unavailable. Ensure your OSGi bundle contains the 'Spring-Context' header.
