Team Calendar synchronization with Outlook using CalDAV is causing duplicate Events on every synchronization.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem
When synchronizing Events created in Outlook 2013 with Team Calendar using CalDAV, all Events are being duplicated on every synchronization.
Resolution
Make sure to tick the Use time range filter checkbox in advanced settings

Note: You might have to re-create all recurring Events, after which the synchronization will work as expected.
