Status Lozenge Does Not Display in Outline Mode

When inserting an outline status lozenge macro, it displays correctly while in edit mode but not in preview or view mode.

Environment
Add-On ConfiForms. Data Forms & Workflows is installed
Cause
The Add-On ConfiForms. Data Forms & Workflows adds extra CSS which overrides the default CSS for status lozenges.

Disable the ConfiForms. Data Forms & Workflows Add-On.
