'Page Unavailable' When Using SOAP API in a Confluence-Only Cloud Environment

Problem
Users are getting a 'Page Unavailable' message when trying to reach the WSDL endpoint in Confluence Cloud when navigating to https://HOSTNAME.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/soap-axis1/confluenceservice-v2
Cause
The WSDL endpoint cannot be reached because the customer omitted /wiki/ after the hostname in the URL.
Resolution
Have the user use the following format in the URL : https://HOSTNAME.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/soap-axis1/confluenceservice-v2 and the following confirmation will come up.
