Page Tree keeps loading and then users are redirected to login page again

Problem
After login to Confluence, directing to a space, page tree keeps loading and the wheels keeps spinning and then users are redirected to login page again.
Diagnosis
Go to Confluence Admin and check if the Base URL has been correctly set.
Cause
This issue is caused by mismatched of Base URL.
Resolution
Change the base URL accordingly. As per our Configuring Server Base URL, the Server Base URL must be the same as the URL you use to access Confluence.
