No Tasks Show in Tasks Tab in User Profile

Summary
Symptoms
When trying to view tasks by going to Profile > Tasks, no tasks appear even though they are assigned correctly.
The following appears in the atlassian-confluence.log:

Diagnosis
Occurs when running Confluence greater than 5.1.5 with the Speakeasy plugin installed
Cause
Speakeasy only supports Confluence up to 5.1.5, and when used in greater versions can break the Tasks list.
Solution
Workaround
Disable the Speakeasy plugin.
