LucidCharts Not Displayed in Confluence Cloud

Problem

Lucidchart diagrams are not being displayed in Confluence Cloud. Information is only viewable when editing a page, which causes confusion because users assume there is no content.

Cause

First rule out whether the issue is configuration or billing related. Then determine whether it is impacting one individual or happening across all users.

Resolution

  1. Using your existing Confluence Cloud credentials, log in to a different computer and determine whether you can see the diagrams.

  2. Clear all cache and cookies from your browser, restart your browser, and additionally try an alternative web browser.

  3. Contact Lucidchart support.
