LucidCharts Not Displayed in Confluence Cloud

Problem

Lucidchart diagrams are not being displayed in Confluence Cloud. Information is only viewable when editing a page, which causes confusion because users assume there is no content.

Cause

First rule out whether its configuration or billing related.

Then determine whether its impacting 1 individual or if its happening across all users.

Resolution

• Using your existing Confluence Cloud credentials, login to a different computer and determine if you can see the diagrams

• Clear all cache and cookies from your browser, and restart your browser - additionally, try using alternative web browser
