Loading list of Application Links runs forever

Problem
Attempting to list Application Links in Confluence Admin >> Application Links results in the list loading forever:
The following appears in Firebug:

SyntaxError: missing ; before statement
applicationName = "sadd24АО "443ом"";
batch.js (line 36, col 50)
Cause
The Confluence Site Title contains quotes in it, example: sadd24АО "443ом"
Resolution
Navigate to
Confluence Admin >> General ConfigurationEdit and remove the quotes in the Site Title, example: sadd24АО 443ом
