JIRA Issues Macro: JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem
When trying to insert a JIRA Chart macro in Confluence, the following error is thrown although the JIRA version installed is higher than 6.1.1 :

JIRA Issues Macro: JIRA Charts are not available for your version of JIRA. Upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 or later to use this macro 
Cause
Corrupted cache in either JIRA and Confluence
Resolution
Run a full re-index on both JIRA & Confluence
JIRA - Search Indexing
Confluence - Content Index Administration
