Environment

Solution
1. Access Confluence Administration > Space Permissions:
2. Click Add people to all spaces > Choose a user or group:
3. Choose a user or a group to bulk update Space Permissions.
4. Choose if you want to make this bulk update on All spaces (Global & Personal), only on Global Spaces, or only on Personal Spaces.
5. Choose which subset of permissions the user/group is supposed to have after the action is performed.
Note: If you choose a user or group that is already part of some spaces, this action will UPDATE the current permissions to spaces with the new subset that you've selected above.
6. Hit Add to all.
