Health Check: Synchrony Connectivity

Understanding the results

Red Circle with an Exclamation mark | Synchrony isn't running. | Confluence can't connect to and communicate with Synchrony. Collaborative editing isn't available. |
What happens if I ignore the error?
If Confluence can't communicate with Synchrony, users won’t be able to use collaborative editing.
