Health Check: Synchrony Connectivity

This health check ensures the quality of the Confluence connection to Synchrony. Synchrony helps synchronize data between users who edit drafts through collaborative editing. The health check ensures proper connectivity by checking Synchrony’s heartbeat. Learn more about Synchrony’s heartbeat
Understanding the results

Red Circle with an Exclamation mark | Synchrony isn't running. | Confluence can't connect to and communicate with Synchrony. Collaborative editing isn't available. |
What happens if I ignore the error?
If Confluence can't communicate with Synchrony, users won’t be able to use collaborative editing.
