Getting the 'Affects Versions is required' field error

Problem
The following appears in the page when creating a new issue using the JIRA issue Macro in Confluence:
Cause
The JIRA workflow for this issue has a validator field for 'Affects version/s':
Resolution
Login as JIRA administrator
Navigate to Administration > Field Configurations
Click on Default Configuration (Depend if you have created custom configuration in different name)
Find "Affects Version/s" name and click on Required under Operations
