Fix misalignment of Confluence Data Center UI elements

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Summary
While using the Elements Spreadsheet app, there is some misalignment of Confluence UI elements.
Specifically, the "Add to my space" star is not aligned within the sidebar, as shown in the following screenshot:
Environment
Confluence Data Center version 9.2.4 with Elements Spreadsheet Version 4.0.0
Solution
This issue has been accepted as a bug by the vendor team.
Workaround
Disable the Elements Spreadsheet app using the steps in Disabling and enabling apps
Check with the Elements support team if a fixed version is available, and upgrade to that version as a permanent solution
