Confluence does not render navigation bar icons in IE 11 with Akamai Web caching

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Context

While using IE 11 + Akamai, Confluence may not render the navigation bar icons.

Resolution

  1. Clear Akamai cache or disable it

  2. Use another browser
