Camel Case Auto Linking setting is missing in Confluence 4.0

Symptoms
You are using Confluence 4.0
There is no casing setting in the administrator screen.
Cause
This is a design decision since we are no longer supporting wiki markup (except in a few other components).
For customers who had this enabled prior to the upgrade, the setting will be respected but won't be accessible in the general config. Existing undefined links will be respected and will operate normally.
