Blank left side bar after logged in to Confluence

Summary
Problem
Left side bar/ navigation pane is blank after logged in. Anonymous users are able to see the left side bar properly.

Diagnosis
You have disabled a HipChat Integration plugin
Cause
HipChat integration plugin is not disabled properly. HipChat integration plugin consists of 4 different plugins in the Manage Add-Ons section and all of them needs to be disabled

Disable all HipChat-related plugin. They are:

Atlassian Hipchat Integration Plugin Core
Confluence Hipchat Integration Plugin
Confluence HipChat Plugin
