Auto-complete for user name is not working in share page or @mention

Problem
@mention doesn't work or Confluence can't pick up user-names in share feature after upgrading Confluence.
Cause
Confluence's index wasn't properly updated or could be culprit.
Resolution
Rebuild content indexes from Confluence Admin Panel.
If first resolution doesn't work, please rebuild the content indexes from scratch.
