Attachments Drag and Drop Does Not Work with IIS

Symptoms
Attachments drag-and-drop functionality does not work when running Confluence through Microsoft IIS.
Cause
IIS is misconfigured.
Resolution
Check your IIS configuration, e.g. isapi_redirect.properties file. Follow the IIS configuration as recommended at Access Confluence using Integrated Windows Authentication via IIS with SP 2007.
