Application with id 'null' not found

Diagnosis

Confluence and JIRA are in the same server.

Cause

The application links are not correctly created.

Solution

Resolution

This issue can be solved by adding a context path to Confluence and JIRA URL with the following steps:

  1. Remove the application link you created before

  2. Stop Confluence and JIRA

  3. Add Context path in JIRA

  4. Add context path in Confluence

  5. Create Application link using the new URL
