Can't change file in file tree of pull request

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem

If you visit a commit or pull request page you cannot select other files in the file tree.

Resolution

Resolution 1

BSERV-7920 - File tree doesn't work with Firefox 41 or greater when invalid URL characters in filenames

Please follow the resolutions and workarounds provided on the above page.

Resolution 2

The third party plugin "Editor for Bitbucket" is causing the issue you and you will have to disable it or upgrade to the latest version.
