Bitbucket Server Mail Notification Updates (for versions 5.10 and above)

Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Data Center KBs for non-Data-Center-specific features may also work for Server versions of the product, however they have not been tested. Support for Server* products ended on February 15th 2024. Introduction

Starting with Bitbucket Server 5.10, Atlassian Design Guidelines (ADG) for Server were applied. This brought a new look and feel to Bitbucket Server, which included changes in the look of mail notifications.

This version also introduced two send modes for mail notifications – immediate and batch. For more information on these notification modes, see the Bitbucket 5.10 Release Notes.

Immediate mail notifications

The "Commit Date" column is no longer included in the notification, but it can still be viewed in the Bitbucket Server UI.
